Who sets it up?
We do. Send us your classes, timetable, prices and coaches, and we set up your site and admin for you. Then we walk you and your staff through it.
How does the free month work?
You use PRENOT with your real gym for one month, free. No card needed. At the end we ask for your honest feedback, and you decide whether to continue.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans are paid upfront and get one month free. If you don't renew, your site stays open for a 7-day grace period before it pauses, and nothing is deleted.
We already have a website. Can we still use PRENOT?
Yes. The Booking plan gives you booking and payment pages that link from your existing website.
We use another booking app. Can we switch?
Yes. You can import your members from a spreadsheet, and we'll plan the move with you so your members aren't disrupted.
Which payment methods do members get?
Depending on your payment provider: cards, FPX and DuitNow in Malaysia, and cards and PayNow in Singapore. Payments go straight to your account.
What do members need to install?
Nothing. PRENOT works in any phone browser, and members can add it to their home screen like an app.
